New video was released of a deadly police-involved shooting that happened in summer of 2025 in West Berlin.

Two state police detectives were investigating Shawn Phillips when they found him on the front steps of a home on Haddon Avenue.

One of the detectives ordered him not to move.

Authorities say Phillips then reached into his front pocket and pulled out a gun.

The trooper fired several shots.

Phillips died later.

Police found a loaded a gun at the scene.
