Knicks fans wanted after violent Spurs jersey robbery

Police are looking for multiple men involved in a violent robbery of a Spur's jersey following the Knicks game on Monday.

Investigators say a 39-year-old man was walking to his hotel in front of 306 West 42nd Street just after 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday when he was surrounded by a group.

The group began to punch and kick the 39-year-old and forcibly removed a black San Antonio Spurs #21 jersey from his body before fleeing on foot.

The 39-year-old suffered lacerations and bruises to his face. He was Transported by EMS to Mount Sinai Hospital and is expected to be OK.
