One dead, two injured after gunfire erupts at Harlem basketball court

A late‑night shooting at a Harlem basketball court left one man dead and two others injured on Friday, according to NYPD.
Gunfire broke out around 10:23 p.m. behind 70 Lenox Ave., where officers found a 35‑year‑old man shot in the head, a 28‑year‑old man shot in the shin and a 22‑year‑old woman shot in the forearm.
The 35‑year‑old man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and pronounced dead.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
The two other victims were also transported to local hospitals in stable condition.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
