A manhole fire in Flatbush Monday evening left nearby residents without power.
Fire crews responded to the blaze near 650 Ocean Ave. around 8:30 p.m., according to the FDNY.
Citizen app footage captured orange flames and smoke shooting from the manhole.
As of 10 p.m., around 343 Con Edison customers are in the dark, according to the company's outage map. The company says service is expected to be restored at 1 a.m. Tuesday.
No injuries have been reported, according to fire officials.
News 12 reached out to Con Ed for additional information and has not heard back as of Monday evening.
