New Yorkers hit the streets for some Halloween fun on Tuesday as part of the second annual Trick-or-Streets events taking place across the five boroughs.
There are 107 car-free locations across the city that are celebrating the Halloween season, including Jackson Avenue in Melrose.
The event aims to ensure children and parents can enjoy the holiday safely.
