Several beaches in Westchester County have reopened to the public.
Those beaches include Harbor Island, Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck, American Yacht Club, Coveleigh Club, Rye Town Park Beach in Rye, Hudson Park Beach Surf Club in New Rochelle and Philipse Manor Beach Club in Sleepy Hollow.
The beaches had been closed due to runoff from rain during the week.
