A Bronx man accused of killing a cat and posting about it on social media is set to face a judge once again Tuesday.
During his last appearance in January, Daviid Mosley pleaded not guilty to animal cruelty and criminal mischief.
Advocates of the cat are expected to be in the courtroom.
Mosley, 26, is charged with killing the cat in October and posting images and bragging about it online. Investigators are calling it a “ritualistic sacrifice."
The charges Mosley faces carry a maximum combined sentence of up to 9 years in prison.
