Adidas is selling Reebok for $2.46 billion

While Reebok has been with Adidas since 2006, the brand has struggled significantly more than its parent company during the pandemic.

German activewear giant Adidas says it is selling Reebok to Authentic Brands Group for up to 2.1 billion euros, equal to $2.46 billion. While Reebok has been with Adidas since 2006, the brand has struggled significantly more than its parent company during the pandemic. However, the CEO of Authentic Brands Group says the acquisition of Reebok will build on the brand's success. The deal is expected to be implemented in the first quarter of 2022.
Facebook announced it will delay a return to the office for its U.S. employees and some of its international workers due to the spike in COVID delta variant cases. As for the Mustang Mach-E, the delivery of vehicles could be delayed at least six weeks due to the global chip shortage that has impacted many automakers.
