A new affordable housing lottery will soon be opening in the Bushwick area.
Rheingold Senior Residences is a nine-story building at 15 Montieth St. and 65 units will be available for those with an eligible income of up to $63,550. Applicants must also have at least one household member who is 62 years old and older at the time of application. Amenities include a rooftop garden, office space, community rooms and shared laundry room.
Applications must be submitted no later than April 15 of this year.
