Animal Care Centers to reject new dogs due to 'critical capacity'

The centers remain open for adoptions as well as drop-off of pets that require emergency medical care.

The Animal Care Centers of New York City say its locations are at full capacity and can no longer accept dogs.
The centers remain open for adoptions as well as drop-off of pets that require emergency medical care.
A similar situation occurred three months ago with cats.
