Annual raises and cash bonus included in tentative labor agreement between MTA, TWU
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Transit Workers Union Local 100 announced a tentative labor agreement has been reached.
The TWU says it got solid annual raises, a $4,000 essential worker cash bonus and three months' paid paternity leave.
The MTA released a statement saying the agency will not comment on the tentative agreement until the union's process has concluded. The MTA acknowledged the hard work and dedication of both negotiating sides to reach this point.
