Many of us are experiencing emotional stress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some health experts say many things we are experiencing, especially being socially isolated during the quarantine, may lead to a national mental health crisis.
So what can we do now, for immediate relief, and to avoid long term effects?
News 12's Elizabeth Hashsagen was joined by Shari Bernstein-Meyer, a clinical social work therapist, who gave tips on how to deal with some things many of us are feeling right now.
