Officials announced the upcoming Atlantic City Airshow was canceled on Wednesday due to a major act withdrawing from the event.

It was not revealed which act withdrew from the show.

The show was scheduled to take place on Aug. 13 and 14.

Officials added the show leads to an estimated $50 million to the area despite most of the event being free to beachgoers.
