8h ago Authorities say they found a body wrapped inside a garbage bag and stuffed in a cart on Saturday.
They say the discovery was made just after 11 a.m. on the corner of Whitlock Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard.
One neighbor told News 12 there are a lot of homeless people around the area who push their things in carts at night.
Police acknowledged they have little information about who the man they found was and are not releasing his identity just yet.
