Police ask public to help find Long Beach shooter; victim in critical condition

Police say a man was seriously injured after he was shot in Long Beach early Saturday morning.

A man was seriously injured in an overnight shooting in Long Beach on the 400 block of East Broadway.
Police say the victim was shot in the vestibule area just inside the front door of 425 E. Broadway around 2:30 a.m.
No arrest has been made. The shooter has been described as a Black male wearing a black hoodie.
Police are asking residents in the area to check their security cameras for the shooter who fled the scene.
The victim who was shot is still in critical condition.
