Barefoot patient found after escaping from hospital

A patient who escaped on foot this morning from Westchester Medical Center has been found.
Police say the barefoot patient had disappeared into a wooded area near the hospital.
Helicopters could be seen this morning flying over the area and police vehicles lined the Sprain Brook.
The search took just under five hours.
Officials say the patient was found near the hospital shortly before 2 p.m.
