Three siblings from Bay Ridge are giving back to the community through their passion for gardening.
Xavier and Theo Bergeron, both 11, and their 13-year-old sibling Trilliane are making and selling self-watering tomato boxes for a good cause.
The trio learned how to garden from their parents and starting building the boxes last year.
They say it makes it easy for anyone to grow plants. All they have to do is fill a tube that will water the plants for a week or longer depending on the size of the plant.
The gardeners say the box ensures the plants are getting the right amount of water.
Profits from their boxes are being donated to local organizations Extreme Kids and Crew and Brooklyn Community Services.
They say they are just helping out their community when they know people are struggling.
There are three different sizes for the tomato boxes ranging in price from $25 to $50.

So far, they have sold about 50 and are hoping to sell more to help more people.
