Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders visited Brooklyn Wednesday on his way to campaign in South Carolina.
The Vermont senator had lunch at Memo Shish Kebab on King's Highway, where he took pictures with the owner and ordered a lamb gyro pita.
Sanders also visited Sylvia's Restaurant in Harlem for a meeting with the Rev. Al Shaprton.
Sanders defeated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire primary Tuesday, and raised more than $5 million in the immediate aftermath.
His next campaign stop is in South Carolina, ahead of that state's primary.
