Just three months after their building partially collapsed, tenants at 1915 Billingsley Terrace saw flooding in the building’s lobby and in their apartments.
One tenant sent News 12 a video of the inside of her closet where all her personal belongings were soaked with rainwater.
Zoe Kheyman, an attorney with the Legal Aid Society, says tenants are “concerned for the structural stability of the building.”
“At this time, the city has not issued any vacate orders or any violations related to this that would indicate tenants need to vacate,” said Kheyman.
