A Bronx man says he was injured after an officer crashed into him and a group of ATV riders in the Bronx.
Gerardo Aguilera, 29, was arrested after he and group of ATV riders were driving in the area of Webster Avenue when a cop car accelerated into his ATV to try and stop the off road vehicles, according to the man's family.
However, police say Aguilera intentionally slammed his ATV into the police officer's car when he crossed the yellow line.
Aguilera was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a vehicle, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration and failure to obey a traffic device.
Police say Aguilera and two officers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
