A Bronx woman says her car was broken into twice in just two weeks in Fordham.
Naiomi Marrero says she tried parking her car in two separate spots, but wherever she puts the vehicle it seems to be a target.
She says the smaller portion of her back-right window has been bashed in twice. The first time Marrero parked her 2011 Mazda 3 on Morris Avenue on Aug. 4. The second time she parked on the Grand Concourse at East 183rd Street on Thursday.
Marrero says she does not leave valuables in her vehicle so nothing was taken as far as she knows. She says she still has to spend $300 to repair the same window twice.
Marrero says she saw at least four other cars on the Grand Concourse were broken into Thursday.
"Stop touch people's things, go get your own, get a job, ask for help, stand on the corner, sell water," Marrero says. "Do something, get some help, it's not fair."
She is trusting her car will be OK parked out on the street today, but says she will be parking in a lot for $15 a day moving forward.
News 12 reached out to police for more information on the investigation and are awaiting the response.
