A Bronx man is claiming that he suffered injuries as police arrested him for no reason, and he says he caught it all on video with his cellphone.
Benjamin Farias, 26, says he was pulled over, and when he asked the officers why they stopped him, they gave him no answer. He says he started recording the incident with his cellphone.
Farias ended up spending more than two hours at the 52nd Precinct for an expired license, which he says he had documentation for. Farias claims he suffered a fractured wrist because the officers placed him in handcuffs that were excessively tight.
The officers later said that they pulled Farias over for a windshield obstruction.
Farias is now suing the city. His lawyer has filed a notice of claim.
