Police say it happened just after midnight at East 141st Street and Willis Avenue.
A white Altima made an illegal U-turn and hit the driver side of the bus, according to police.
Footage from the scene shows a dent in the side of the bus. Citizen video shows a broken off white bumper lying on the ground.
Nobody was injured.
