A Bronx man has pleaded guilty to the 2007 killing of Robert Gaston inside a Morris Park Avenue bodega.
Carlos Vega pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges for the crime.
He was charged with shooting Gaston inside the bodega back in 2007.
His sentence is likely to be at least 12 years behind bars, plus five years post-release supervision.
According to reports, Vega's guilty plea resolves the city's longest unresolved case.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 6.
