City Comptroller Scott Stringer honored four members of the Russian-speaking community on Thursday evening.
The event took place at the Tatiana Garden on Brighton Sixth Street.
"I think it's important to recognize the tremendous contributions of the Russian community, but also we have some extraordinary honorees who have really made a difference to this city," he said.
