The city wants everyone to be counted in the 2020 census, so it can receive funding for essential services.
But some neighborhoods are falling behind and the Carnarsie section of Brooklyn is being called on by city officials to step up.
To entice more to be counted, the city launched a contest -- giving away prizes for filling out the census. Those who upload a recept online can win a $1,000 gift card for Seamless deliveries, a Museum of Modern Art membership, or Lyft gift cards.
