WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Remnants of Helene continue to keep the skies gray heading into tonight and to start next week as clouds persist.
- Temperatures next week will be near seasonal.
- There are sprinkle chances for Tuesday and Wednesday, but mainly dry and there won't be a need to grab the rain gear.
- The borough closes out September as one of the driest on record. Even with this recent damp weekend, the region did not receive enough rain to help alleviate these dry conditions.
- For the new week, prepare for cloudy skies to linger with peeks of sunshine Monday afternoon.
- Tuesday and Wednesday will remain the same, cloudy and cool with sprinkle opportunities.
- The skies will clear on Thursday to bring the "Pick of the Week" with temperatures warming near the mid-70s and skies finally breaking this gray streak.
