Coney Island's Luna Park reopens with safety precautions in place
Mayor Bill de Blasio cut the ribbon around 11 a.m. marking the reopening Luna Park and Deno's Wonder Wheel. The festivities kicked off with the traditional blessing of the rides and an egg cream christening of the Cyclone.
