The incident happened in the back corner of the structure at 1915 Billingsley Terrace and displaced several families.
The DOB said the latest action, issued by the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, comes after separate enforcement was previously taken against the engineer.
The DOB previously told News 12 the collapse was preventable, and an inspection report showed human error was to blame.
Officials said the building’s engineer misidentified a critical support beam, and the contractor failed to question those plans.
Tenants told News 12 that besides some minor construction, they don’t know much about the aftermath of the collapse.
“The people don’t talk too much about it right now,” said tenant Andres Rollins. “I don’t hear too much about what happened with the building. [The building is] fine now.”
News 12 reached out to Arsh Landmark General Contractors for comment, and as of Tuesday evening, it has not responded.
