Councilmember announces ‘Junior’ street co-naming
<p>City Councilman Ritchie Torres is pushing for a Belmont street to be co-named in honor of Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz, the 15-year-old who a gang of men brutally stabbed to death in the neighborhood.</p>
