Customers of a Mott Haven storage facility say they have been locked out of the business since a fire ripped through it about two months ago.
Flames broke out at Tuck-It-Away Self-Storage on Walton Avenue in April. Since then, the city's Department of Buildings placed a vacate order on the site, meaning users could not retrieve their belongings.
Some storage users say they lost everything in the fire, while others say they just want back their mementos.
News 12 reached out to the storage company and is awaiting a response.
