A Sunset Park building is crumbling and causing headaches for neighbors.
Firefighters responded to the property Thursday after hearing of a possible partial wall collapse. Department of Buildings inspectors checked out the property and tell News 12 it was already under a full vacate order.
DOB says there were violations for a partial rear wall collapse. They say inspectors found that no work had been done to fix it.
Herbert Rodriguez says he’s worried about his family’s safety.  “We noticed that everything came down in the back,” said Rodriguez
Rodriguez is hoping the issue will be resolved. “Honestly I wish they demolished it. But if they can't do it, at least secure the back,” said Rodriguez.
