E-commerce company Jet donates backpacks with gifts to P.S. 154 students

Students at P.S. 154 received brand-new holiday gifts and backpacks from an e-commerce company Wednesday.
The company, Jet, is located in New Jersey but recently opened a fulfillment center on Bronx River Road. Organizers say they wanted to give back to their new neighborhood.
The backpacks included school supplies, stuffed animals, books and toys.
Jet partnered with The Fashion Foundation to donate the gifts. The company also donated gifts Thursday to an LGBTQ center in Harlem.
