A Bronx man is accused of fatally shooting a Mount Vernon nightclub owner and injuring several others on Christmas Day, police say
Errol Hillary, 39, of the Bronx, was kicked out of the Mansion nightclub just before 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
He allegedly returned with a gun and fatally shot owner O'Neill Bandoo,36, and wounded five others.
Police say the victims were found in the club's lobby and on the street outside.
Hillary was freed on $200,000 bond.
Police say he also faces attempted murder and assault charges for allegedly shooting a 38-year-old man in the shoulder on Boston Road in the Bronx.
