One Locust Point family says NYC Build It Back has left their community with a multitude of problems.
The group has been charged with helping rebuild after Hurricane Sandy.
Former construction worker Louis Musachhio says a lack of proper concrete on the project next to his house is forcing water under his house.
Musachhio says he fears that his house will be done if another storm like Sandy hits.
A spokesperson for Build it Back says, “Build It Back takes extensive measures to ensure that our work does not impact neighbors. In addition, our External Affairs team works closely with neighbors to address any concerns brought to our attention.”
