The family of a Brooklyn man who was killed in a shooting last year says the pandemic has slowed their fight for justice, but they are not giving up hope.

Charles Reynoso was shot in the head during what police say was an attempted robbery in Washington Heights last June.

His family says there is video of Reynoso and his friends being held up on West 166th Street.

Reynoso's aunt, Anny Santiago, says Reynoso hit one of the suspects with a hookah to defend himself and his friends.

Santiago says she has received threats on social media but says "...my cry for justice is not going to stop until justice is served."

Reynoso's family says police told them his accused killers are members of the Trinitarios gang.

Six defendants have a court date in June 2.
