10h agoOne person died and another was left in critical condition after driver crashed into a tree Sunday morning on Jerome Avenue.
Police say 30-year-old Jonathan Ramos-Robles was driving his Honda Odyssey when he lost control and struck the tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the 42-year-old female passenger was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
The NYPD Highway District Collision is currently investigating the crash.
