Fire officials say two people were seriously injured in a garage fire in Morrisania early Saturday morning.

They say the fire broke out at 651 E. 165th St. around 2 a.m. Parts of the home the garage is attached to is charred from the flames.

The Red Cross is providing the homeowner with financial and housing support.
