FDNY: Firefighter, 4 others injured in Concourse Village building fire

News 12 is told the FDNY is working with Con Edison to control a carbon monoxide leak as a result of the fire.

Fire crews responded Saturday night to a two-alarm building fire in Concourse Village, injuring four civilians and a firefighter.
It happened on Morris Avenue around 10 p.m. Firefighters say the electrical fire started in the building’s basement.
News 12 is told the FDNY is working with Con Edison to control a carbon monoxide leak as a result of the fire.
The utility is working to shut off power in the building.
