A fire broke out at a building on Fteley Avenue this morning in Soundview.
The FDNY was called for a fire at 1260 Fteley Ave. around 4 a.m.
The FDNY confirms crews found lithium-ion batteries at the scene of the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
Crews were able to put the fire under control in a little over an hour. Fire officials say there were delays putting out the fire because of a car parked in front of the hydrant.
