Flames took over a structure at the Silver Gull Beach Club in Queens on Wednesday.
The FDNY responded to the fire just before 4:30 a.m.
No one was injured, officials said. Firefighters were still trying to get the flames under control into the daylight hours.
The cause of the fire is unknown and remains under investigation.
