Some Bronx businesses came together Tuesday to say "thank you" to first responders in their community in a unique way.

Organizers held a “Family Day” in Wakefield for responders in their families, which included major discounts on haircuts provided by The Barber Factory and discounts on a new car or services, provided by Teddy Car Dealerships.

Awards were also handed out to responders, including members of the NYPD, FDNY and the Red Cross.
