From tortoises to tarantulas, spiders and snakes, Riverside Reptiles Education Center in Enfield is a zoo dedicated to reptiles and amphibians.

It has over 100 species, and its most recent addition is the Bug Cave. Thirty natural enclosures are home to rare spiders, crickets, cockroaches, and even leeches.

Visitors have the opportunity to get up close and personal with these exotic creatures, and perhaps even conquer their fears.

The center is open Tuesday through Sunday, and Mondays on school holidays.
