Local business owners will soon be able to apply for Main Street Micro Business Loans.
Gov. Phil Murphy announced the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s program Thursday while visiting East Side Mags – a local comic book shop located in Montclair.
The governor has also set aside $50 million for small business grants in the 2023 budget proposal.
East Side Mags is one of more than 230 businesses to receive nearly $5.5 million in funding through the Main Street Recovery Program since October.
Business owners can start applying for the Main Street Micro Business Loans in June.
