The Department of Health confirms that a seventh person has died from the Legionnaires’ outbreak in Harlem.
Since late July, the number of confirmed cases has increased to 114. Six people are still hospitalized due to the disease.
The outbreak is linked to 12 cooling towers at city-owned buildings, which include NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.
