A holiday event held Saturday at a Castle Hill church aimed to bring the community together and honor the life of a man who died by gun violence.
Sincear Williams was killed in 2017. Trinity Lutheran Church aimed to celebrate his life and that of many others.
Santa Claus himself brought toys, and there was food and arts and crafts. Community organizations came to show support for Williams' family and to all families who have suffered from gun violence.
There was also a toy drive to help bring joy to families in need.
Forever Sincear Inc. organized the event.
Organizers hope to continue to the tradition for years to come.
