A home health aide from The Bronx accused of extorting a 78-year-old man out of nearly $19,000 has been sentenced on five counts of grand larceny.
The Rockland County District Attorney says 60-year-old Delores Anderson threatened the victim with a knife and made him write her checks in 2023.
She was sentenced to five to 15 years on each count and has been ordered to pay restitution.
