Master fabricators at Proline Car Stereo are tasked with making custom sound systems.
Sometimes it takes weeks to finish a whole stereo system inside a car.
They say clients spend anywhere from $500 to $10,000 on just sound quality.
Employees of the shop say it all comes down to the components that you use and set up, and the time and tuning of speakers.
Car audio involves planning and a lot of know-how. The employees say they take in to account for how many speakers, amps, and batteries will be needed for the job.
