New Yorkers bundled up as freezing temperatures moved into the city.
Some residents used hot drinks to stay warm, and for others it’s about their state of mind.
“Can’t wait for the springtime,” says J. Nelson. “I can't wait to get out of these clothes with some shorts, short sleeves, go to the beach."
Some commuters had to wait out in the cold, and say their My New York City Transit app was giving them the wrong arrival for their buses.
Others still had it worse as dozens of homes lost power after the weekend storm.
