Keanna Bryant graced the runways of New York Fashion Week for several years, but her life hasn't been the same after she was stabbed 17 times.

"It's not easy to cope with this type of situation and I'm traumatized," said Bryant.

Bryant said the attack happened in June 2024 at the hands of her neighbor, Manola Talbert.

Talbert is being charged with attempted murder, assault and robbery. He was back in court on Monday to find out the results of a psychiatric exam.

As Bryant waited in the courtroom, she told News 12, "I'm alive and I'm speaking out, and I will not stop fighting for my justice."

News 12 reached out to the Bronx District Attorney's office about Monday's court appearance and is waiting for a response.
